Thanks to Mrs Cioffi the children enjoyed learning traditional Spanish dancing. They were really good too! :)

Saint Patrick's were the winning house in the morning (Yr 1,2,3) and Saint George were the winning house in the afternoon (Yr 4,5,6).

What a lovely day! Everyone worked hard and had lots of fun.

DT projects

The children are creating woodern picture frames, and last week they used sawa, very safely to cut the wood. They measured the pieces first. They did very well.

Last Term!

Welcome back everyone, I hope you had a really lovely half term break and enjoyed the sunshine.

Egyptian Projects

Some children in 3D have already brought in their Egyptian projects and they are fabulous! They have really been researching hard on the Anicent Egyptian life styles and the Pharohs.

Star Snappers

The last 2 weeks at St.Bedes has been International week. We have celebrated by learning about carnivals and why countries have them.

We created masks in the style of a carnival mask and the children got the oppotunity to have their photograph taken with them by the star snappers project. The children had great fun taking the photo's of themselves and their friends. The pictures will be available soon for parents to look at too.

Parent's Views

Thank you for completing the parent views sheet and returning them to me. Unfortunately no parents attended the drop in session. Because of this, Mrs McGrath and myself are offering a further opportunity to share your views and will be available next week at either of the gates both in the mornings before school and at the end of the day. Feel free to approach us and share your ideas about how to move the school forward.
